There are no set-up fees or long-term contracts to enroll in ClearNow. Fees are only charged when ClearNow attempts to debit a tenant, and they are paid by the landlord. To enroll, landlords need to submit a completed Property Manager Enrollment Agreement with his/her bank documentation.
