For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"http:\/\/cozy.co\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cozy<\/a>: As of 2021, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/Landlord\/comments\/o8lvrn\/landlord_usil_whats_a_good_replacement_for_cozy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cozy is notifying customers <\/a>that they can no longer process for commercial tenants.<\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/zillow.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zillow<\/a>: It appears that <a href=\"https:\/\/zillow.zendesk.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/227955328-What-types-of-listings-do-you-accept-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zillow does not allow listings <\/a>or other services (like their online rent payment service) for commercial properties.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Find an Online Rent Payment Service for Commercial Properties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Do not despair!  As a matter of fact, there are online rent payment services for landlords with commercial properties.  One of them, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ClearNow.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ClearNow<\/a>, allows commercial rents as long as they are lower than $10,000\/mo.  While ClearNow requires a business owner to sign up in their own personal name, they can submit bank account information for their business.
